Based on the cooperation contract between Boxme and the seller, we configure operational costs according to the pricing specified in the contract. Any additional services are always confirmed with the operations team before execution.
Sellers can track the incidental costs for each order and inbound shipment directly in the system at https://oms.boxme.asia/. The costs of an order are temporarily calculated as they arise, but are officially recorded on the invoice summary after 24 hours of completion.
Orders with the following final statuses:
- Cancelled at warehouse
- Fulfilled
- Delivered
- Returned
- Destroy at destination
- Destroy at destination by system
After the 24-hour period, any adjustments to the costs will be recorded as refunds or recovery in the system.
For customers who are charged based on NMV (Net Merchandise Value) or GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), they can only track the incidental costs through the monthly statement generated.
