The report includes:
- Analyze return orders by sales channel, carrier
- Product return analysis, damage rate.
Key indicators in the report:
- Rate of return of goods on each sales channel, each product
- Damage rate of returned goods (both failed deliveries and buyer returns)
- Lost/Destroyed: The ratio of lost/completely damaged items to the total number of items returned.
- Damage: The ratio of damaged products to the total quantity returned.
