Shipments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, but no more than 7 days before the warehouse receiving date. Scheduling in advance allows Boxme to prepare resources that align with the daily inbound volume.
General Guidelines:
- The receiving schedule must be made no later than 24 hours before to avoid incurring overtime fees.
- Shipments that arrive outside the scheduled time may be required to wait in line or be refused, depending on the actual situation.
- Scheduling early helps you avoid risks and reduce operational costs with Boxme.
During Megasale Events, we will limit warehouse receiving capacity:
- Double Day: Limited receiving capacity from D-2 to D+3.
- Pay Day, Mid-Month: Limited receiving capacity from D to D+1.
- Shipments will be refused if they have not registered a delivery schedule or if they are more than 4 hours late compared to the scheduled time.
