By agreeing to the Boxme Service Policy and Terms of Use, the customer authorizes Boxme to collect Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) payments on their behalf.

Boxme commits to remitting collected CoD funds to customers according to the terms outlined in the policy.

Boxme reconciles and disburses CoD payments every Monday and Friday, following this schedule:

• Monday: Reconcile for all successful orders delivered from Thursday to Saturday of the previous week.(D-1)
• Friday: Reconcile for all successful orders delivered from Sunday to Wednesday of the current week. (D-1)

Any bank transfer fees incurred during CoD payments will be borne by the customer, in accordance with their bank’s fee policy at the time of transaction.

In case of an unsuccessful payment transfer, Boxme will notify the customer of the reason and process the payment in the next scheduled reconciliation cycle.
