Operation Insights – Operational Indicators Analysis

Objectives : Measure Boxme’s operational efficiency in accordance with the committed SLA, order processing productivity, and accurate ratios when managing inventory. Reflect the level of stability in fulfillment operations while helping Boxme coordinate resources and detect internal bottlenecks.

The report focuses on performance indicators at each stage of the operation:

  • Inbound: Number of import receipts, average processing time, inventory accuracy
  • Outbound: Number of orders, processing time, SLA compliance rate
  • Storage: Level of warehouse use, abnormal amount of inventory
  • Returns: Return order number, reason for return, processing time
  • Delivery: Successful delivery rate, delivery lead time, delayed orders

Analyze the outstanding indicators on the report:

  • Inbound Index:
    • Warehouse inbound is committed based on the total number of products in stock on time / total number of products in stock during the period.
  • Outbound Index:
    • Average packing time is based on the time from when the order is generated to when the order is ready to ship.
    • The average handover time is based on the time from the time the order is generated to the time of successful handover.
  • Delivery Index:
    • Commitment to deliver on time: From the time the order is handed over until the order has the status of delivery for the first time.
    • Vendors can also track delivery commitments by carrier and by province.
  • Return Entry Index:
    • Commit to complete from the time the return order is received at the warehouse until it is successfully stocked, or report the problem for the first time to the seller.
  • Inventory Change Index:
    • Help sellers track inventory fluctuations during the period.
