Aim to ensure that goods stored at Boxme fulfillment centers are always in the best condition, ensure the working environment and avoid unnecessary complaints from buyers that affect the reputation of the seller as well as of Boxme. We offer the following handling procedures for damaged and expired items at Boxme warehouse.
- Shelf life regulations when Inbound and Outbound:
- The minimum shelf life of the goods upon entry into the warehouse must not be less than 21 days.
- The minimum shelf life of the goods on export shall not be less than 15 days.
- Adjustment of goods near date (remaining 7 days) or goods below the warehouse export date:
- The warehouse will automatically adjust these items according to the system’s suggestions and convert them to D3.
- The warehouse will transfer the goods from the current location to the customer’s D3 warehouse location.
- Process of handling expired goods, type D2, D3:
- The system will automatically generate B2B warehouse orders for D2, D3 on the last day of each month.
- The warehouse will pick up and pack according to the B2B order process, and then bring the goods to the handover waiting area.
- Customers have 72 hours to pick up the goods.
- After 72 hours if you do not pick it up, the order will be transferred to the destruction waiting area and destroyed according to Boxme’s policy.
Note:
Product types A and D1 will be transferred to D3 to perform the above procedure.
Product type D2 will remain the same and follow the process as above.
