Objectives : The report provides an overall and in-depth view of the inventory status, including inventory value, inventory aging, slow-moving stock, nearly expired items and damaged goods. This tool helps businesses manage inventory effectively, thereby minimizing the risks associated with goods that are slow to sell, overdue or damaged.

The report includes:

  • Basic Inventory Index Analysis
  • Analysis of inventory risks.
  • Inventory fluctuation by period.
  • Abnormal inventory adjustment report.
  • Inventory forecast (Set by each seller)
Important indicators on the report #
  • The basic inventory indicators:
    • Inventory value according to ABC method
    • Inventory age according to ABC method
    • Inventory value in proportion to remaining shelf life.
    • The value of damaged inventory.
  • Inventory risks include:
    • Nearly Expiry Date: Inventory nearing its expiration date
    • Slow-moving: Inventory with low turnover
    • Non-Moving: Inventory with no turnover over a long period
    • DamagedProducts: Report on physically damaged goods
    • Outbound Shelf-life Violation : Inventory with shelf life does not meet the minimum shelf life when exporting. This leads to these products not being exported due to expired or near-expiry dates.
    • Shelf-Life Violation Inventory has a minimum shelf life greater than the minimum shelf life due to misconfiguration of information.
    • Expiry-Date Mismatch : Inventory with the wrong shelf life includes shelf life exceeding the shelf life of the product. The cause may come from the warehouse staff entering wrong shelf life information.
