The return order creation feature on Boxme to serve customers when there is a need to create additional return codes for the warehouse to process any unknown return orders.
Boxme would like to send you the instructions as below:
Step 1: Go to Boxme > Orders > All Orders

Step 2: Search for the Boxme origin tracking code that you need to create a return order, filter time > Click search
After the system displays the Boxme origin tracking order code, click on the right bottom corner of the order, select More, and click Return Order.

Step 3: The system will display the Request Return Order window as follows
The list of products will be based on the products in the original order. Customers can choose products and adjust the quantity.
In case the warehouse delivers the wrong goods > needs more products to do a return process, then the customer can use a Search product function.
The note should specify relevant information so that the warehouse understands the problem and handles the return entry quickly.

Step 4: After creates return order
Based on the origin order code, the customer can search it, then the Boxme system will show all relevant return order code (created by Marketplace or by Boxme system) so that the customer can track/follow the warehouse process/results.
