I. General Regulations on Storing Packaging and Return Inspection Camera Footage.
- All processed orders are recorded with full packing and return inspection camera footage, ensuring a committed success rate of up to 97% in providing requested footage.
- Packing camera footage can be extracted within 15 days from the successful delivery date or up to a maximum of 20 days from the packing date (applicable to orders not shipped by Boxme).
- For returned or unsuccessfully delivered orders that are damaged or lost during return inspection at the warehouse, the camera footage will be automatically extracted before the customer submits a request to ensure readiness for filing complaints with e-commerce platforms.
- Extracted video footage is stored for a maximum of 15 days after successful extraction.
- The cost of extracting packing camera footage will be recorded as an additional charge on the customer’s account.
II. Instructions for Requesting Packing Camera Footage Extraction.

To request packing camera footage extraction, customers can log into their OMS account and locate the specific order for which they wish to extract footage. The system will prompt for cost confirmation before processing the video download.
The time required from request submission to video availability is a maximum of 5 minutes.
