For the goods expired, damaged in the process of operation and sales. The seller should note full recording of information about the goods on the periodic reports of the enterprise.
Then, monthly customers can make the request to recover or destroy the goods to Boxme.
Based on the quantity and value of the goods to be destroyed, Boxme will guide the seller to destroy the goods along with the destruction cost.
- For large, high value shipments: The seller need to notify the tax authorities of plans to destroy the goods before implementation. In some cases, the tax authorities will inspect and supervise this destruction process.
- For small, low value shipments: The seller can actively destroy together with Boxme and provide the required documents.
The seller need to provide and store internal documents throughout the business process, similar to documents for tax settlement.
- Inventory minutes of goods expired
- Specify: name, product code, quantity, shelf life, damage status.
- Minutes of decision to destroy goods
- Signed by an authorized person in the company.
- Minutes of goods destruction
- There are representatives of related parties (accountants, treasurers, supervisors…) Sign the confirmation.
- Minutes of loss assessment (if any)
- Usually applied if the value is large, can hire an independent inspection unit.
- Invoices and documents related to destroyed shipments
- Purchase invoice, warehouse receipt…
- Contract with the destruction unit (if outsourced)
- And proof of payment for destruction.
