1. Product Basic Information:

• Goods to inbound Boxme warehouse are eligible for business according to Vietnamese law.
• The information declared on the system must match the actual goods when entering the warehouse.
• The product name matches the goods label or sub-label.
• UPC / Barcode is a barcode that can be scanned by the device.
• The product catalog is clear, accurate according to the system’s classification.

• Product approval conditions : Product information should be clearly declared (including product value, weight size, product image, product name, barcode…). We will refuse to approve the product if one of the information about the product is missing or the information is wrong with the facts.
• The reasons for rejection during the product approval process will be clearly stated for the Customer to understand and supplement the product for review.

Wrong value of goods: When approving a product, Boxme will refer to the market price if there is a difference with the system declared price, and will refuse to approve the product (within the reason Boxme will re-enter the market price, the customer needs to provide evidence if they want to protect the declared price above is correct, it will be approved for additional approval).

2. Product Management Information

• Related documents: Imported products need to provide imported documents of the shipment, cosmetic publication papers or specialized licenses of the product, VAT invoices if they are domestically produced goods…
• Price Policy:
  • Retail Selling Price (RSP) is the price that is publicly available to consumers when purchasing a product in a store or on e-commerce platforms. This price is declared on the Boxme system before stocking and ensuring market fit.
  • The purchase price is the value on the bill of sale of goods between the retailer and the manufacturer or the value of imports of the goods if imported.

Retail selling price (RSP) at Boxme is the basis for applying information to the order and declaring the value when shipping. Where the declared value is not reasonable with the market price being sold at genuine stores may be denied product approval or incur mandatory insurance costs during operation.

• Storage conditions: As storage instructions from manufacturer for long-term product preservation. We provide two types of normal warehouse and air-con warehouse (25-28C)

3. Packaging instruction information

This is a proposal of materials and forms of packaging products to consumers to ensure the experience and safety of goods during transportation.
