Inbound shipments can be created directly on the OMS system or through the API. However, sending a shipment to the warehouse requires providing complete information:
- Approved products
- Quantity to be entered into the warehouse
- Shipment specifications (number of boxes, number of items per box)
- Special requests (additional services like labeling, wrapping, co-inspection, etc..)
After successfully creating inbound shipments, the seller needs to print a complete set of documents (at least 2 copies) to accompany the shipment to the warehouse, including:
- Shipment list
- Receipt note
- Receipt of inspection (if applicable)

Scheduling shipments to the warehouse is a mandatory requirement to ensure that Boxme is prepared with the necessary resources to receive and process the shipment on time.

Note:
- In cases where the shipment arrives on the correct date but the scheduled time deviates by more than 3 hours, the driver may need to wait in line.
- Shipments without the required accompanying documents will be rejected for receiving.
- Co-inspections may extend the processing time upon receipt at the warehouse, so sellers need to inform the driver in such cases.
- Additional services may increase the processing time, so sellers should consider this when planning their sales timeline.
- Damaged products must be provided with full evidence (video and image) by shipment.
Warehouse Inbound SLA:
- Products that meet the receiving conditions will be processed within 24 hours of receipt at the warehouse.
- Shipments requiring additional services or that do not meet the conditions may take up to 72 hours.
- Priority warehouse entries will be completed within 2 hours of receipt at the warehouse.
