Objectives: Transparency of fulfillment operation costs and evaluation of efficiency on each order/SKU/sales channel. Help the seller determine actual profit and loss on each SKU/sales channel from which there is a basis for action to optimize operation.
Report and analyze the main types of expenses:
- Inbound Cost: The cost of receiving goods and warehousing.
- Storage Cost: Storage costs over time.
- Outbound Cost: Cost of packing and order processing.
- Delivery Cost: Delivery cost by region and shipping unit.
Important indicators on the report:
- Track monthly logistics fulfillment cost fluctuations and the structure of expenses.
- Keep track of inventory indicators that affect storage costs, such as the number of CBM and the number of products stored per day.
- Keep track of the expense ratio on revenue/product/order type and compare it to the month immediately following.
