Objectives: Help customers control the progress of order processing, identify bottlenecks early to coordinate with Boxme to solve problems to ensure delivery commitments to buyers.
This report provides a list and analysis of unprocessed orders completed in the system, including:
- Total number of orders over time.
- Sort orders by status (awaiting, in-processing, ready for ship…)
- Analyze by sales channel, warehouse, and carrier.
Order data on Backlog orders is taken in the last 15 days and updated every 30 minutes.
