Additional services for orders

Depending on the sales channel and buyer’s request, sellers can choose additional warehouse services when fulfilling orders:

  1. B2C orders
    • Priority Packaging Services: Fulfill Now or Priority
    • Fulfill Now: Packed within 45 minutes after order creation (normal day), Packed within 2 hours (campaign day)
    • Priority: Packed within 2 hours after order creation (normal day), Packed within 4 hours (campaign day)
    • Standard: Orders created before 2:00 p.m. will be shipped before 11:59 p.m. the same day, orders created after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped before 11:59 p.m. the next day.

Fees vary based on contracts, set up by account management team and are automatically charged per order. Sellers can check applicable fees on the Boxme system after order creation.

  1. Invoice Printing Service
  • Must be discussed in advance with Boxme sales representatives, requires system configuration by Boxme technical support.
  • Additional cost applies when handing over to the carrier.
  1. B2B orders
    • Priority Packaging Service
      • Order creation time before 12PM D-day will be handed-over before 7PM D-day.
      • Order creation time after 12PM D-day will be handed-over before 12PM D+1.
    • Additional Services for B2B Orders
      • Product reinforcement, labeling, combo packaging
      • Documents return (shipping document, receipt, etc)
      • Co-inspection upon delivery

These additional services can be automatically assigned via Omisell or API integration. Based on order processing deadlines, the system may recommend or auto-select services for sellers.
