When creating an order on the system, sellers can choose shipping services that match the requirements, delivery time and cost. If the seller does not know which service to choose for the order, please contact account management (AM) for more detailed advice before choosing a shipping service.

Additional, Boxme provides cash on delivery service for orders nationwide, automatically reconciling and paying sellers. When creating a B2C order, sellers only need to fill in the amount to be collected in the Total CoD amount box. Boxme will record the collected amount and send the information to the shipping company for processing. COD money will be automatically reconciled according to the COD Remittance list in the Finance 2025 section. Sellers can send a request via email or ticket to Boxme to receive COD payment to the bank account configured on the OMS system.
