Hoa Sen Viet Group (HSV Group) is a prestigious cosmetics distribution enterprise in Vietnam, owning the Beauty Box retail chain and is the official and exclusive distributor of the brands: The Face Shop, Dear Dahlia, Klavuu, Freshian, Amuse, Club Clio in the Vietnamese market. With a chain of stores nationwide and a large distribution system through partners such as Watson, Matsumoto, Mint Cosmetics, Sociolla, AB Beauty world, The Gioi Skin Food, HSV Group has built a strong coverage in the cosmetics retail market.
In parallel with the direct distribution channel, HSV Group also strongly develops e-commerce through websites and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop to bring convenience and wider access.




Boxme – Standardized and optimized order fulfillment solution
HSV Group has selected Boxme – the leading order fulfillment platform in Southeast Asia. Within one month of implementation, Boxme has completed real-time order, inventory and reporting synchronization.
The Warehouse Management System (WMS) allows HSV Group to track inventory by batch/lot, apply FEFO (First Expired – First Out) shipping strategy, or assign specific shipping dates for B2B orders. This ensures that products are always rotated properly, minimizing dead stock and maximizing revenue.
With a large amount of imported goods, Boxme has redesigned the storage layout, optimizing the area and location for each product group. The Inbound Now feature allows for instant warehousing, helping HSV Group quickly pack and deliver oversell orders without interrupting operations.
In the B2B channel, Boxme also brings flexibility through many new shipping options such as fast delivery, express delivery, co-inspection and collection to meet the strict requirements of supermarket chains and distributors, while reducing logistics costs.
Cooperation results after more than 3 years
After more than three years of working together, Boxme and HSV Group have achieved remarkable progress:
• Inventory management: tracking by batch/lot with near absolute accuracy (100% between system inventory and physical inventory).
• VAS processing speed: sub-labeling reaches up to 25,000 products/day.
• Optimize revenue: by building sales campaigns suitable for each product’s expiration date.
In the B2C channel, the late delivery rate (LSR) remains below 1%, while the fast delivery rate (FHR) on Shopee is always above 95%. The average time from order generation to delivery to the shipping unit is significantly shortened, improving customer experience.
With B2B, delivery time to stores and distributors is reduced to an average of 36 hours in Ho Chi Minh City and 84 hours in Hanoi. Thanks to the economy and express delivery services, shipping costs are both more economical and the ability to meet urgent orders increases – even delivering from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi within 24 hours.
