Boxme Terms of Service

1. Definitions
- “Boxme” or “Company” refers to Boxme Global (boxme.asia), providing cross-border fulfillment and logistics services.
- “Service” refers to Boxme’s platform, including its website, fulfillment operations, warehouse network, and connected APIs.
- “You” means any individual or entity using the Service.
Other terms such as “Products,” “Orders,” “Content,” and “Account” refer to the same meanings used throughout these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Boxme platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
3. Order Placement and Fulfillment
When you submit a fulfillment request or create an order via the Boxme platform, you warrant that:
- You have the legal authority to enter into the agreement.
- All information submitted, including SKUs, dimensions, weights, declared values, and documentation, is accurate and complete.
- You will comply with Boxme’s Product Policies and warehouse requirements, including restricted or prohibited items.
4. Product Policy & Prohibited Goods
You may only store and ship goods that are:
- Compliant with local laws and Boxme’s Product Policy.
- Properly labeled, documented, and meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Boxme reserves the right to reject, return, or dispose of non-compliant, illegal, or hazardous goods without prior notice. See our Product Policy for full details.
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Inbound Processing:
- Boxme will process inbound shipments within 24–48 working hours upon arrival and confirmation at the fulfillment center.
- Non-compliant or undocumented items may be delayed or rejected.
Outbound Fulfillment:
- Standard orders are picked, packed, and handed over to carriers within 24 business hours.
- Priority and same-day fulfillment services are available based on order cut-off times and service level selected.
Inventory Accuracy:
- Stock reports are updated in real-time via Boxme’s WMS.
- Scheduled cycle counts and reconciliation are performed regularly. Discrepancy thresholds are defined in the SLA.

6. Cancellation and Returns
- Orders may be canceled if not yet packed or handed over to carriers.
- Refunds for unused shipping fees will be credited to your Boxme wallet within 48 hours.
- Boxme reserves the right to return or dispose of inventory stored for over 30 days with no fulfillment activity.
7. Termination
Boxme may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Breach of these Terms,
- Non-payment,
- Use of the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- All data, access, and fulfillment services will be suspended upon termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software, workflows, and materials provided by Boxme are protected under applicable IP laws and remain Boxme’s sole property. You may not copy, modify, or use Boxme branding without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Boxme’s total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service within the past 12 months.
- Boxme is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages such as loss of revenue, reputation, or business interruption.
10. Force Majeure
Boxme shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation interruptions, pandemics, or government actions.
11. Changes to These Terms
Boxme may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms regularly.
12. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boxme operates (e.g., Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, etc.).
