Shipping policies for Boxme customers

In Thailand:

  • Change COD: NO
  • Change address: Yes, depending provided new address
  • Call or SMS before delivering: Yes
  • If the buyer refused the parcel: Will tag right away and do return process next day
  • How many maximum days can hold after 1st failed delivery: 2-3 days
  • How many times for delivery: 2-3 times
  • Allow to open before receiving: NO

 

Limit of Weight, Dimension/ Parcel:

  • Up to 20kg
  • Maximum dimension: W+H+L: 180cm. (Each side must not exceed 100 cm.)

 

Shipping Complaints:

  • Damage or shortage must be reported in writing within 24 hours from the date the consignment is delivered to the consignee
  • Estimate response time for checking problems (Complain wrong reason, journey of parcel,…): 1 – 3 working days

 

Compensation:

  • No Insured Order: Product value no more 2000 THB
  • Maximum Value: 50,000 THB
  • COD Maximum: 50,000 THB

Delivery and warehouse activities 

Indonesia

  • Courier activity: 

During the two days of December 25, 2020 and January 1, 2021, the loading and shipping activities will be suspended.

  • Warehouse:        

Close from 31st December till 1st Jan 

Overtime working from 9am till 6pm on 2nd Jan

Philippines 

  • Courier activity:   

On December 24 and December 31, 2020, the Ninjavan Unit’s pick-up and delivery activities took place from 9:00 to 16:00.

During the two days of December 25 and January 1, the loading and shipping activities will be suspended

  • Warehouse:            

Our office will be closed from 24th till 25th December 

Close on 30th December and 1st Jan 

Overtime working from 9am till 4pm on 31 December

Malaysia 

  • Courier activity: 25th December 1st Jan: Skynet: off
  • Warehouse: Our warehouse will be closed on 25th December and 1st of January 

Vietnam 

  • Courier activity:  1st Jan, all deliver service will be suspended. On 2nd of Jan, only EMS service will operate
  • Warehouse: Our warehouse will be closed on  1st of January and overtime working from 8am till 6pm on 2nd Jan

Thailand

  • Courier activity:  

From 31st December to 2nd Jan, all pickup will be suspended. 

From 31st December to 1st Jan: All deliver service will take days off except Flash, Kerry, J&T                                       

On 2nd Jan: All deliver service will back to work except Nim express 

  • Warehouse: 

Our warehouse will be closed on  from 31st December to 2nd Jan
