Shipping policies for Boxme customers

  • Change COD: Yes but need to inform to each case
  • Call or SMS before delivery: Yes
  • Buyer refuses: after 24 hours of storage, it will be refunded
  • How many days can keep after the first failed delivery: 3 days
  • How many times to deliver: 2-3 times
  • Allow to check goods before receiving: YES due to request from sender

Orders with COD:

  • With insurance:
    – No VAT invoice: Compensation 80% COD, not more than 30,000,000 VND/post
    – VAT invoice: Compensation 100% of the value of the order, not more than 30,000,000 VND/post
  • Without insurance:
    – No VAT invoice: Compensation 80% COD, not more than 15,000,000 VND/post
    – VAT invoice: Compensation 100% of the invoice value, not more than 15,000,000 VND/post

 

Orders without COD:

  • With insurance:
    – VAT invoice: Compensation 100% of the invoice value, not more than 15,000,000 VND/post
    – No VAT invoice: Compensation 4 times shipping fee
  • Without insurance: Compensate 4 times shipping fee

New Year Holiday Announcement

Holiday schedule at Boxme office 

Delivery and warehouse activities 

Indonesia

  • Courier activity: 

During the two days of December 25, 2020 and January 1, 2021, the loading and shipping activities will be suspended.

  • Warehouse:        

Close from 31st December till 1st Jan 

Overtime working from 9am till 6pm on 2nd Jan

Philippines 

  • Courier activity:   

On December 24 and December 31, 2020, the Ninjavan Unit’s pick-up and delivery activities took place from 9:00 to 16:00.

During the two days of December 25 and January 1, the loading and shipping activities will be suspended

  • Warehouse:            

Our office will be closed from 24th till 25th December 

Close on 30th December and 1st Jan 

Overtime working from 9am till 4pm on 31 December

Malaysia 

  • Courier activity: 25th December 1st Jan: Skynet: off
  • Warehouse: Our warehouse will be closed on 25th December and 1st of January 

Vietnam 

  • Courier activity:  1st Jan, all deliver service will be suspended. On 2nd of Jan, only EMS service will operate
  • Warehouse: Our warehouse will be closed on  1st of January and overtime working from 8am till 6pm on 2nd Jan

Thailand

  • Courier activity:  

From 31st December to 2nd Jan, all pickup will be suspended. 

From 31st December to 1st Jan: All deliver service will take days off except Flash, Kerry, J&T                                       

On 2nd Jan: All deliver service will back to work except Nim express 

  • Warehouse: 

Our warehouse will be closed on  from 31st December to 2nd Jan
